To celebrate Half-Term and The Welsh Museums Festival, we are inviting people to participate in a FREE storytelling and writing workshop facilitated by Peter Cornelious, the Author of ‘Poppy’, which tells the story of Molly and Billy who are a young married couple living in Wales (Newport) as the First World War begins.

Peter will be reading this poignant book and inviting young people to create their own endings to his story.

Participants will also be able to purchase a signed copy of Poppy to take home with them.

These workshops are FREE but limited to 12 people per session due to COVID restrictions. Workshops will take place each day at:

  • 10:00 (12 participants maximum)
  • 11:00 (12 participants maximum)
  • 12:00 (12 Participants maximum)
  • 13:00 (12 participants maximum)
  • 14:00 (12 Participants maximum)
