Mourning Period Closure

Cardiff Castle is a key location following the death of the monarch and is required to remain closed for normal business whilst the official protocol arrangements are put in place.

We regret that any upcoming bookings for Cardiff Castle will now be cancelled. A full refund will be issued to those affected, and should be received within 3-5 working days. 

We sincerely apologise for any disappointment and hope you are able to visit in the future.

The Castle will reopen on 20th September.
