COVID-19 UPDATE: Following the latest changes to coronavirus guidance from Welsh Government, Cardiff Castle is now closed until further notice.

Open 7 days a week from 10:00 – 18:00

If you’re planning a trip in to Cardiff and would like a lovely spot to relax after hitting the shops, then please come and use the public square in the beautiful setting of the Castle’s lawn.

If you’re still short of a few gifts then make sure to pop in to the Castle’s Gift Shop, where you can find some lovely stocking fillers that Santa’s workshop would be proud of.

A selection of food, drink and light refreshments will be available from 10:00 – 17:00 at the Keep Dining Experience. Find a table in the outdoor seating area, order online via Yoello and everything will be brought to you.

Over the festive period there will also be a selection of stalls offering some traditional tasty treats, including Yorkshire pudding wraps, Cadbury’s hot chocolate, hot waffles and giant marshmallows that you can toast on the open log fire.

Please remember to be considerate of other visitors, maintain the appropriate social distancing and use the hand sanitising facilities available at every opportunity.

We would kindly ask anybody to refrain from visiting if you have had any symptoms of illness (cough, sniffles, sore throat or fever), or have had contact with anybody who has been tested for COVID-19, in the last 14 days.
