Perfect for all occasions from corporate meetings to sporting events, Cardiff Catering have created exciting new hospitality packages to enable you and your guests to experience and enjoy this historic, city centre venue.
The Hospitality Suite, where your event will be hosted, is a modern space above our Visitor Centre and adjoining the reconstructed Roman wall. Light and open, the suite’s large windows look out across the Castle green with spectacular views of the iconic Norman Keep.
This flexible space can hold up to…. seated for dinner … while the staging area can be easily adapted for catering, a bar, dance floor, or guest speakers, to name but a few.
Cardiff Castle is an ideal location for your event, situated a stones throw from The Principality Stadium in the heart of the city centre. If required, your guests will find accommodation to suit all budgets in close proximity, as well as easy access to public transport links and the M4 motorway.

Windsor Package @ £42.00 per person

Bute Package @ £60.00 per person
- Use of the suite for up to 3 hours
- 4 course Banquet Lunch
Please note that each booking requires a minimum number of 50 guests.
ALL HOSPITALITY PACKAGES INCLUDE:
- Dedicated event coordinator.
- A personal welcome to you and your guests.
- Private bar facilities (this can either be on a cash or an account basis).
- Television to watch the Pre and Post Match Highlights.

Post dinner teas are available to accompany any package at an additional cost, please enquire when booking.
